October is traditionally one of the most popular months to hold a warm weather training camp. In fact, this October will be our busiest month ever with teams travelling to locations in mainland Spain, the Canary Islands, Majorca, Italy, Cyprus and Turkey.
Our most popular destination is Torremolinos, near Malaga, in Spain. Over the next few weeks teams from England, Denmark, Finland, Scotland and Northern Ireland will all be visiting the town.

SITE INSPECTION VISITS

LEAGUE CLUB
2010 Challenge Cup Winners, Warrington Wolves, once again travelled with Sports Abroad to T3 Tenerife in January. Their pre-season camp was delivered in the warm winter sunshine.
SCOTLAND COMMONWEALTH GAMES SWIMMING TEAM
We organised a pre-games swimming training camp for the Scottish team that competed in the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi. Chris Jones and his team enjoyed a two week camp using the excellent training facilities in the Playitas Resort, Fuerteventura.
FINLAND OLYMPIC SWIMMING TEAM
To help with their preparation for the London 2012 Olympic Games, the Finland Olympic Swimming Team travelled with Sports Abroad for a seven day training camp in Crystal Palace, London in February. The team held a camp at the National Sports Centre and went on a guided tour of the new Olympic Park. For more details on our London venue please click here.
