Sports Abroad are now offering swimming training camps to AquaCity in Slovakia. Slovakia is located in the heart of Europe bordering Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, the Ukraine and Hungary. This small mountainous country is home to around five and a half million people.

AquaCity is paradise for any swimming enthusiast.

In addition to the brand new 50m Olympic swimming pool, the centre houses a number of indoor and outdoor pools, flumes, saunas and thermal baths.

All the pools are heated by the geothermal spa on which the complex lies.

Teams will train in the 8 lane 50m Olympic swimming pool which is located in the heart of AquaCity.

There is also a state of the art fitness and gymnasium area which is equipped with the latest fitness machines and weights.

Physiotherapy and rehabilitation facilities are available onsite and a multi-functional sports hall will soon be opened to provide guests with the opportunity to bowl, play tennis or squash, or even beach volleyball. Poprad's Ice rink is located across the road from AquaCity.

Teams will stay within the AquaCity complex. The 4* Mountain View Hotel and 3* Seasons Hotel are the first hotels in Europe to boast their own dedicated Olympic 50m swimming pool.

All bedrooms in the 4* Mountain View Hotel have their own balcony with a stunning view of the High Tatras Mountains.

Each room has an LCD TV, internet access, telephone, a minibar, individual safety deposit boxes. All rooms are en-suite.

The 3* Season's Hotel was voted 2005 Slovakian Hotel of the Year.
