Ostia is a coastal town located next to the Tyrrhenian Sea. The resort is just 30km from Rome and is very convenient for Leonardo de Vinci airport.

The Ostia Swim Complex, known as “Polo Natatorio” is owned and run by the Italian Swimming Federation (FIN) and boasts excellent facilities.

There are both indoor and outdoor heated pools and a large fully equipped gym and studio.  The outdoor 10 lane 50m pool is open from May through to September and the indoor pool (33 1/3 m but can be set up a 25m pool), is open all year round.

Teams will stay on site in purpose built apartments just a minute walk from the training facilities.
There are 79 rooms on-site which can accommodate singles, twins or triples. Each room has a separate bathroom.

Breakfast will be provided at the centre whilst lunch and dinner will be served at a nearby restaurant.
