The Rio Maior Sports Centre is located is 75km north of Lisbon and 30km from the coast. The transfer time from Lisbon airport is just 50 minutes. The Sports Centre houses the Portuguese Olympic Preparation Centre which was built to support Portugal’s Olympic athletes.

As you can imagine the facilities are 1st class. On site there are natural and artificial grass pitches, modern sports hall, a training centre, athletics stadium, Olympic swimming pool and gym.

The centre has hosted the Portuguese National Swimming Championships on many occasions and teams will stay within the grounds of the complex providing an ideal setting for a training camp.
